I definitely put away too much wine on a given night, but I do have the ability to stop for several days at a time with what I call "mild" withdrawal symptoms. These include some sweats, a little trouble sleeping and a feeling of, not sure how to put it, some numbness in my jaw. I don't drink during the day and exercise rigorously every day of the week (more than 750 calories on the elliptical and weights everyday.) I drink lots of water when I exercise in what I call "replacement therapy" while I sweat out the toxins and burn off the alcohol from the night before.
I just want to stop the night time tv watching, drinking thing that I do, but I continually convince myself that I enjoy it and it's my "relaxation time."
Any suggestions???
